Job Description: 1. Materials and Spare Parts Warehouse Management * Plan and oversee daily operations of the materials and spare parts warehouse. * Approve key documents, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Receiving Reports, Goods Requisitions, and Bill Cards. * Audit and verify inventories of spare parts, tools, and equipment. * Review and verify SCL (Supply Chain / Slow-moving) reports. * Monitor non-moving inventory reports to optimize cost management. * Track the procurement status of parts, materials, and tools. 2. Bulk Oil Warehouse Management * Control the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials and liquid oil products. * Calculate inventory volumes using the Tank Level Monitoring system. * Maintain stored product quality in accordance with designated standards. * Stage raw materials for production and packaging processes. * Perform physical stock checks of remaining oil volumes. * Partner with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to analyze root causes of customer returns. * Plan and follow up on routine maintenance and piping system care. * Oversee scheduled equipment calibrations. 3. Finished Goods Warehouse Management * Manage stock receiving and put-away according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) / FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles. * Reconcile stock control cards (Bill Cards) against actual physical inventory. * Audit stock requisitions, inventory deductions, and inter-warehouse transfers. * Analyze root causes of product returns, implement preventive measures, and handle returned goods processing. 4. General Departmental Management * Plan, monitor, and drive overall department operations to align with company goals and KPIs.
