Team building and educate subordinates (Including contract employee) Let subordinates carry out the operation, and raising improvement items, discussing countermeasures, and implementing them, conduct team management and development of team members. 4.Follow up business plan and try to meet the target 1. Control assigned jobs to conform with production department target 2. Control raw material, WIP, FG stock 3. Check, analyze production capability to support sales requirement 4. Communication with concerned departments 5. Responsible to follow the department environmental activities to confirm the company environmental policy 6.And or the other duty as assigned
