• Responsible for construction project planning.
• Update construction report to supervisor.
• Control construction work is done according to plan.
• Control budget following plan.
• Analysis cost and good forecasting of budget control in order to support other sections.
• Develop and improve the construction process and good quality checking.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
• Plan, coordinate, and control construction system work.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate reports.
• Control construction costs and budget efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems for contractors.
• Inspect the quality of electrical and mechanical work.

• Design structure of control panel by using Solidworks program & Auto CAD.

• Issue part for Sourcing and Purchasing.

• Price control and management (price increases and decreases)
• Quotation preparation and cost analysis
• Delivery schedule management with both domestic and overseas suppliers
• Import and export operations, including FOB cost management
• BOI-related administration and compliance
• Annual supplier audits
• Handling quality issues and coordinating with the QC department when defects occur
• Supervision and management of purchasing staff
• KPI target setting and performance management
• Monthly performance reporting at management meetings
• Approval and auditing of new suppliers
• Other purchasing-related duties as assigned
• Plan, coordinate, and control construction activities
• Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate progress reports

• Analyze construction productivity, cost trends, and schedule impact
