- • Plan, coordinate, and control construction system work. • Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate reports. • Control construction costs and budget efficiency. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems for contractors. • Inspect the quality of electrical and mechanical work. • Be enthusiastic and proactive in your work. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors). • Provide guidance and support to trainee engineers and site staff. • Perform other duties as assigned related to project implementation.
