- ・Monitor, control, and continuously improve SMT production processes ・Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues and machine breakdowns in the SMT line ・Analyze defect trends and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap/defects ・Optimize reflow soldering profile and SMT machine parameters for maximum efficiency and quality ・Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and process control documents
