2. Independently conduct internal/third party audit on the company and their suppliers.
3. Independently conduct supplier performance evaluation and improvement.
4. Independently collaborate with Engineering to identify risks of new product development, and review document control, BOM, spec and FAI.
5. Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier to identify risk of new product manufacturing process, FMEA and key product characteristics.
6. Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier for quality control, quality report and production yield of pilot production.
7. Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier to establish product standards, SOP, SIP, CP and reliability test spec.
8. Independently review and follow up design change and quality issues in new product development stage.
9. Independently handle supplier new production line audit and verification.
10. Independently evaluate supplier 4M change request and risk assessment.
11. Independently evaluate supplier production control (4M1E) to ensure company product/process requirements are met.
12. Independently improve process control, product quality and production yield.
13. Independently review and follow-up open process/quality issues, SCAR and 8D reports with suppliers.
14. Independently handle complex quality issues and customer requirements.
15. Independently supervise and coordinate QC/PCS/PE/DQE works.
• Design, plan, and oversee electrical systems for construction projects (e.g., buildings, factories, infrastructure)
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervise installation of electrical systems on-site (e.g., wiring, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems)
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and project standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues
• Control project timeline, quality, and budget related to electrical works
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and handover documentation
