- • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, and comprehensive control of the production processes and utility infrastructure for liquid carbon dioxide ($\text{Liquid CO}_2$) at the new Nakhon Sawan facility. • Ensure the safe operation, handling, and upkeep of the industrial cooling and chiller systems in accordance with standard safety protocols. • Monitor and manage data related to the intake of raw gas via pipelines, whilst supervising the subsequent purification and liquefaction workflows. • Prepare, complete, and submit all necessary statutory reports concerning safety, environmental compliance, and high-pressure gas regulations to the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), the Department of Land Transport, and related government administrative bodies. • Act as the legally designated, factory-exclusive Safety and Environmental System Manager after completing the required post-hiring registrations, which includes supervising and directing external contractors during annual maintenance periods. • Serve as the primary point of contact for external consulting firms by providing the essential raw data required to formulate formal Energy Management Reports for the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE).
