- Seeking a Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth in Southern Thailand for our power transmission product range (gearboxes, couplings, geared motors, etc.). The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with strong sales and marketing skills to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and expand market presence. [Market Development] • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (manufacturing, cement, steel, power, F&B, chemical, OEMs, etc.). • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. [Sales Execution] • Promote and sell gearboxes and gear motors to OEMs, distributors, and end-users. • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets. [Marketing Activities] • Develop and execute campaigns tailored to the Thailand market. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. • Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize promotional materials. [Customer Relationship Management] • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. • Provide technical support and after-sales service. • Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements. • Ensure timely quotations aligned with KPIs and lead-time targets. [Reporting & Strategy] • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports. • Submit work orders, weekly/monthly sales reports, expense reports, and timesheets on schedule. • Contribute to strategic planning for market penetration and growth.
