• Develop and implement quarterly sales strategies and promotional campaigns targeted at farmers.
• Monitor effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to optimise results.
• Plan, review, and revise PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) plans to ensure efficient supply-demand alignment.
• Analyse sales trends, market data, and dealer performance to support decision-making.
• Lead the implementation and utilisation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure CRM adoption across the sales team to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Establish, modify, and manage sales/dealer networks nationwide.
• Strengthen partnerships with dealers to drive sales growth and brand presence.
• Oversee staff allocation and tasks related to dealer network development (DND).
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team productivity and alignment with sales objectives.
• Travel within Thailand approximately 2–3 times per month for dealer visits, promotions, and network management.
• Maintain a good relationship and business opportunity with current client accounts (60%)
• Expand new client accounts to explore business opportunity (40%)
• Present and selling products/services using solid approach to clients
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

1. Coordinate with sales team in regards to technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers
2. Attend meetings with sales team in order to support the technical discussion sessions
3. Put together technical cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
4. Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
5. Provide consultation to the customers on product best practices and use cases
6. Ensure that the company’s services can meet the customer’s requirements
7. Work closely with customers to understand and gather requirements
8. Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
9. Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
