• Make Annual & Monthly Training plan base on company's training policy and submit to Manager.
• Control Training budget & cost
• Assist Training team when doing all training classes, OJT and meeting with agency.
• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each BC progression and report to manager.
• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translate training document).
• Help research new teaching technique and attend all international education conferences. (Around once a month).
• Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report direct to training manager for create new BC training class, while help follow-up new BC within their probation period & assist training manager when making on company's brand Monthly Reports.
• Support beauty manager when organize BC Annual test plan & making instructional program for BC Annual Test.
