Job Description
• Manage and control overall operation of the production line.

• Act as the main contact point between the Process Engineering Department (P1/P2) of the parent company and other production facilities.
• Define, develop, and optimise processes for fabric production and testing to meet quality, cost, and environmental standards.
• Select suitable raw materials and auxiliaries in collaboration with suppliers and production teams.
• Support production activities when required, including waste reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Assist suppliers (e.g. yarn, chemicals, contract manufacturers, software providers) as needed.
• Support the Quality Team (QT) in resolving quality issues, preparing deviation reports, and managing complaints.
• Participate in or lead projects such as product development, article and machine transfers, and process improvement.
• Ensure proper communication and information flow among clients, supervisors, and internal departments.

• Manage and maintain key utility and distribution systems, including:
- Electric distribution and emergency backup systems
- PV (solar) system
- Thermal hot oil system
- Steam boiler, chiller system, and compressed air system
- Water and wastewater treatment systems
- Fire alarm system, annunciator and master/slave clock system
- Building Automation System (BAS)
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery (P1, P2, P3 processes), including warping, weaving, batching, sewing, washing, cutting, stamping, and final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct and provide on-the-job training for maintenance staff and other team members.
• Manage projects related to facilities and maintenance, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Supervise and evaluate outsourced contractors for facilities and maintenance works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain readiness of control systems, energy resources, and high-risk spare parts related to maintenance operations.
• Monitor and support all aspects of electrical, electronic, automation, instrumentation, civil, and mechanical systems within the plant
・Achieve co-generation plant performance KPI (e.g., power generation & heat recovery efficiency, utilization) development with the local community.
・Propose annual O&M plan of co-generation plant and implement it by managing site staffs and/or vendors under supervision
・Prior verify the monthly operation results (for invoicing work, internal report and report to authority)
・Propose the improvement potentials in co-generation plant operation then implement
・Propose the annual budget to get approval and utilize the approved budget under supervision
・Approve procurement requisition of items required for O&M, verify the delivery and manage inventory and asset at site as assigned by Plant Manager
・Make the required report (e.g., emission, waste water) to the relevant authorities (e.g., DIW, IEAT, PEA, MEA)
・Achieve no accidents and good compliance with law in accordance with company's HSE regulation and instruction
・Make/implement HR development plan for skill building of site staffs
・Maintain good relationship with client team as one of company representative
・Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO9001) as a team leader at site

• Monitor customer satisfaction and quality performance using customer-released data; report findings to the Plant and YRC, and support action plans to address identified gaps.
• Support risk and opportunity assessments based on customer expectations.
• Assist plants in the preparation and submission of PPAP/PSW documentation for imported tyres.
• Support the OE Sales team during customer QMS, process and product audits, including part verification and participation in APQP activities.
• Update Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and communicate/train relevant ASEAN plants accordingly.
• Review and analyse test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Co-ordinate with ASEAN plants in relation to customer audits and associated activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for errors and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions for customer-related non-conformities.
