• Conduct precise and rigorous laboratory analysis and quality inspections on liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO2) in strict accordance with quality control regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Learn and apply quality testing methodologies that comply with the Thailand Food Additives Standards, the Japan Specifications and Standards for Food Additives (JSFA), and international beverage criteria such as the ISBT Guidelines.
• Master the day-to-day operation, routine maintenance, and calibration management of advanced analytical laboratory instruments, specifically including Gas Chromatography (GC).
• Prepare comprehensive Certificates of Analysis (COA), maintain quality control logs, and manage the laboratory documentation required to achieve and uphold ISO and FSSC 22000 certifications.
• Report abnormal values or Out of Specification (OOS) results to the production department immediately, and lead internal investigations to proactively prevent the dispatch of any substandard products.

• Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily factory operations.

• Assist plants in the preparation and submission of PPAP/PSW documentation for imported tyres.
• Support the OE Sales team during customer QMS, process and product audits, including part verification and participation in APQP activities.
