- ・Manage and Oversee Test Lab Operations: Plan, allocate, and oversee the daily operations of the air conditioner test lab to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow. ・Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills for all testing procedures. ・Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers to plan and support the setup of air conditioners for various testing protocols, ensuring all requirements and standards are met. ・Oversee Test Unit Logistics: Manage the systematic intake and return of air conditioner units for testing. ・Develop Team Capabilities: Create and implement continuous training plans, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance the expertise and capabilities of the technical team. ・Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of all testing equipment and tools to ensure they are always in optimal working condition. ・Report on Performance: Generate and present reports on operational performance, key issues, and recommendations to senior management.

- Carry out and perform all production processes and other tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager, with safety as the primary consideration. ・Check the stock of products purchased for use in the company, apply for purchases, confirm delivery, classify, store, and reserve products. ・Support production planning and activities related to product analysis. ・Prepare (translate) standard operating procedures (SOP) documents into Thai, including additional PSM topics. ・Produce and maintain products in accordance with production standards and operating procedures. ・Randomly collect product samples and allocate samples. ・Record data for traceability. ・Segregate products, store, and control inventory. ・Remove products and raw materials from inventory. ・Prepare for production, weigh, and maintain the work environment. ・Oversee maintenance and factory operations, and cooperate in production system inspections. ・Coordinate with other departments. ・Responsible for and prepare PSM-related documents and maintenance tasks related to the production process and supporting equipment. ・Oversee documents and operations to ensure compliance with PSM-related requirements for both the production process and maintenance. ・Responsible for internal and external audits of the PSM system, including submitting reports as required by law. ・Responsible for leading various activities and providing relevant and beneficial opinions/recommendations for the organization. ・Able to respond to emergencies on holidays. ・Assist with the safety department and supervise contractors. ・Other tasks assigned by supervisors
