- 1. Lead the development of new product manufacturing. 2. Establish quality control standards. 3. Prepare and compile PPAP and APQP documents. 4. Control the new product development schedule to meet customer timelines. 5. Conduct production trials to ensure smooth mass production. 6. Develop products according to the specifications and requirements indicated in the drawings. 7. Improve product design to meet cost targets. 8. Prepare mold repair documents, analyze mold repair methods, and conduct production trials. 9. Provide support in joint evaluations with customers. 10. Provide support for customer audits. 11. Organize meetings and hand over products for mass production.

- Job Description
- ▪ Responsible for product development for innovation and renovation purposes (e.g. cost reduction, quality improvement, etc.) and involved in product improvement. ▪ Being up to date with the food process technology to enhance production process and product quality ▪ Create new recipes with our products and other food materials. ▪Cooperate with production and Q.A. Department of group companies for production trial. ▪ Prepare documentation for product specification and food quality systems such as HACCP, BRC, and ISO system ▪ Conduct audits of raw material suppliers. ▪ Preparation of documents of product specifications to the customers. ▪ Decide the product formulation and suggest the appropriate recipe for the customers. ▪ Conduct explanation and presentation of sales promotion about our products. ▪ Go to our customers with salespersons to explain our products and analyze the customers’ needs and wants. ▪ Make the food samples (e.g. meat products, steamed fish paste, bakery, and noodles, etc.) as samples to explain our products. ▪ Analyze the quality (e.g. viscosity, texture, moisture, etc) of our products and competitor’s products through using proper instruments. ▪ Keep observing the texts and specifications of the food law (Food Acts) of Thailand and the other countries to which we are exporting our products to. ▪Check the patents and trademarks registered in Thailand and the other countries where we are exporting our products to prevent infringing on other parties' rights and to protect our rights. ▪ Apply new products to the FDA in Thailand and the other countries we try to export our products to.
