- • Launching the production line of the new plant • Production control, creating production schedules • Quality checks of products • Ensuring production aligns with the schedule • Inventory management • Safety and personnel management • Delivery tasks after product completion • Meetings and reporting to Japanese Plant Manager Conditions • Have to training at Ayutthaya Plant @ Rojana Industrial Park around 1-2 months [Company will provide the accommodation] • Rayong factory is under construction and is expected to be completed by August 2025 • Planned to start operations in January 2026
