• Plan, coordinate, and control construction activities
• Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate progress reports
• Control construction costs and budget performance
• Analyze construction productivity, cost trends, and schedule impact
• Provide technical support and problem-solving during project execution
• Ensure construction quality control
• Develop and improve construction methods and processes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors)
• Guide and support junior engineers and site staff
