• Design, plan, and supervise mechanical systems in construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems)
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated system design and execution
• Supervise installation works on-site (e.g., air conditioning systems, ventilation, piping, pumps, fire protection systems)
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction
• Control project schedule, quality, and costs related to mechanical works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare reports, technical documents, and handover documentation
- Visit customer sites to support automated warehouse projects
- Support after service, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of automation machine, such as conveyor in factory etc.
- Repair the machine when the machine is troubled
- Report to chief and Japanese manager
Act as the main link between Commercial Engineering and the plant for thermoformed and injection molded products. Ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes, new products, and tooling plans. Work with engineering, production, purchasing, and vendors to meet product requirements, standards, and timelines. Perform other duties as needed.
- Be the main contact for engineering work at the plant
- Share updates on design, tooling, validation, and process improvements
- Make sure teams understand engineering documents and requirements
- Support plant readiness for projects (timeline, resources)
- Plan manufacturing for thermoforming and injection molding, including tooling and validation
- Join project meetings and give input on feasibility and tooling
- Work with suppliers on tooling and materials
- Coordinate tooling build, transfer, and upgrades to meet timeline, cost, and quality
- Support PPAP and product validation
- Check prototypes and pre-production parts; prepare reports
- Keep records of changes, tooling status, and validation results
- Create and maintain production-related documents
- Monitor plant/vendor performance and fix issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Read drawings and BOMs for troubleshooting
- Support audits and new product launches
- Travel occasionally as needed
• Understanding utility process and control the machine in the utility system as standard.
• Trouble shooting, solving and analysis with counter action of utility system.
• Project improvement to maintain the stability of operation system.
• Coordinate with production team, maintenance team and quality team in order to carry out effective process with usage.
