Respond to technical inquiries from customers regarding mechanical equipment and power transmission systems
Understand customers’ equipment and operating conditions and select appropriate products such as chains, sprockets, gear reducers, and couplings
Check product specifications, dimensions, performance, and operating conditions
Review, modify, and create drawings using CAD
Prepare technical documents, specifications, quotations, and other related materials for customers
Visit customer sites to inspect equipment, attend technical meetings, and support product implementation
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and product-related issues after installation
Visit factories and equipment sites for on-site inspections as required
Direct commuting to customer sites and returning home directly from customer sites are possible
Main customers include both Japanese and Thai local companies

Facility & Test Room Operations
• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of test room facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and safety systems.
• Ensure all facility and test room systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
Budget & Cost Management
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure effective cost control.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure facility operations comply with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment for employees and related personnel.
Vendor & Contractor Management
• Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor service quality, project progress, and contract performance to ensure requirements are met.
Sustainability & Improvement
• Drive facility improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives within test room and facility operations.
Job Duty
Manage, control, and develop CNC machining production processes for maximum efficiency across safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Utilize systematic problem-solving principles and data-driven decision-making. Coordinate with relevant departments to plan corrective actions and sustainably prevent problem recurrence.
Major Responsibilities
1. Manage New Projects / New Models from RFQ to Mass Production.
- Define processes, tooling, capacity, and layouts.
- Coordinate with related departments to control schedules and budgets.
2. Prepare annual budget plans for senior management approval and control expenses according to the plan.
3. Control APQP/PPAP systems.
- Plan and conduct APQP meetings.
- Review APQP documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow).
- Control PPAP preparation (Dimensional, Capability, Run@rate).
4. Plan New Machine Installation.
- Define machine specs, control installation, testing, and trial runs.
- Verify accuracy and production capability.
5. Manage and control BOM and conditions in the ERP system.
- Verify accuracy of BOM, process flow, and cycle time.
- Verify ERP data linkage with actual production to prevent wrong material/process issues.
6. Review analysis and problem-solving in the Machining process.
7. Prepare and present Weekly and Monthly Reports.
8. Review and verify the Master Tooling List (Tools, Cutting Tools, Jigs & Fixtures) according to plan.
9. Control and improve Cutting Tools (Optimize tool life and costs).
10. Improve productivity through cycle time reduction.
11. Maintain production standards (SOP, Control Plan, Master Tooling & Jig/Fixture Lists).
Minor Responsibilities
1. Support New Model / Trial / SOP.
2. Support Lean, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction activities.
3. Coordinate improvements and problem-solving with QC, PD, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
4. Develop the technical team in process improvement and root cause analysis.
5. Support APQP / PPAP documentation and customer audits.
6. Support Layout and Line Balancing improvements for both New and Current Models.
• Design, plan, and supervise mechanical systems in construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems)
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated system design and execution
• Supervise installation works on-site (e.g., air conditioning systems, ventilation, piping, pumps, fire protection systems)
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction
• Control project schedule, quality, and costs related to mechanical works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare reports, technical documents, and handover documentation
- Visit customer sites to support automated warehouse projects
- Support after service, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of automation machine, such as conveyor in factory etc.
- Repair the machine when the machine is troubled
- Report to chief and Japanese manager

・ Preparation of new products and improvement of productivity in the production line.
• Organize meeting with production, QA/QC & R&D related person for quality improvement
• Quality improvement for cut piece, head rest , seat cover & assembly parts .
• Monitor the countermeasure action taken, and its effectiveness
• Improvement on steps of process, eg. sewing & assembly
• Improvement cycle time for sewing & assembly process
• Continuously research / implement to improve the quality of product
