• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, supporting system planning, development, testing, and implementation
• Develop and maintain both standard and ad hoc HRIS reports to support HR decision-making
• Translate multi-country business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Liaise with HR and relevant stakeholders on system configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes to ensure effective system adoption and user proficiency
• Monitor, track, and resolve system issues following go-live, ensuring ongoing system performance
• Act as a primary contact for HRIS-related queries, providing support and guidance to regional HR teams
• Contribute to, and where appropriate lead, initiatives focused on continuous improvement
• Administer and maintain the HRIS, including data entry, data validation, system updates, and troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to data governance, system security, and relevant data protection regulations

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and system integration projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget
• Review and validate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) prior to implementation
• Manage managed services and IT operations, ensuring SLA compliance and effective incident and change management
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical consultation and reviewing proposed solutions
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts, while ensuring compliance with security standards and risk governance
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure domains, including:
>> Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewall, VPN)
>> Server and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
>> Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments
>> Infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives
>> Backup and disaster recovery solutions
>> Cybersecurity infrastructure (firewall, endpoint protection, SIEM integration)
>> Data center transformation and optimization
• Oversee Service Desk operations and provide first-level IT support to internal users
• Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries
• Manage internal IT communications, including announcements, newsletters, advisories, and follow-up notices
• Handle IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, and maintenance of equipment such as computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure, and prepare regular operational and status reports
• Maintain and update the internal IT knowledge base to improve service efficiency and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
