• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for fit-out and MEP works. |
|
• Any gender, Age 25-30 years, Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management or related fields • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a corporate office environment. • Good understanding of interior construction methods and joinery detailing. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. • Good Thai and Intermediate level of English communication skills. |
