・Bachelor's degree in any related fields ・Prefer Candidates who have study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or the U.S. ・More than 5 years of working experience in any fields (Sales, Consultant or Coach will be advantage) ・Strong passion for executive coaching, self-development, and corporate talent development ・Required business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1) and English (Prefer TOEIC 800+) ・No coaching knowledge or background required. ・Multitasking skills ・Candidates who enjoy collaborating in a team-oriented environment |
