- • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and comprehensive troubleshooting for all desktop computers and IT systems across the company. • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or service agencies to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance for computers and peripheral equipment. • Install, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LAN), corporate email configurations, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and data backup solutions. • Manage and update the company's IT asset registry, user manuals, inventory logs, and all related technical documentation. • Provide clear technical guidance, advice, and first-line problem-solving support to resolve day-to-day IT issues for employees. • Undertake any other operational tasks and technical projects as assigned by line management.
