Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 (Flexible hours & Hybrid work up to 2 days/week)

เนื้อหางาน

・Participate in structured training and development programs to develop as a professional coach.
・Learn, apply, and deepen your understanding of coaching methodology to support leadership and organizational transformation.
・Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across Thailand and the ASEAN region to understand their needs and
create long-term value.
・Deliver high-quality coaching services, including one-on-one and group coaching engagements
・Support the planning and delivery of organizational development projects, including stakeholder coordination, project management, and client communication.
・Support business development activities, including proposal development, expanding existing projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
・Collaborate with colleagues across offices and countries to enhance service quality, share best practices, and contribute to business growth.
・Continuously develop your capabilities in coaching, sales and project management through ongoing learning and practice.

คุณสมบัติ

・Any gender, Age 27-35 years old (Open to candidates of any nationality)
・Bachelor's degree in any related fields
・Prefer Candidates who have study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or the U.S.
・More than 5 years of working experience in any fields (Sales, Consultant or Coach will be advantage)
・Strong passion for executive coaching, self-development, and corporate talent development
・Required business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1) and English (Prefer TOEIC 800+)
・No coaching knowledge or background required.
・Multitasking skills
・Candidates who enjoy collaborating in a team-oriented environment
