1. Plan, control and supervise machinery repair work to be efficient and effective.
2. Develop repair work and team skills to be in line with customer expectations and organizational policies.
3. Prepare manpower to be in line with repair services, work efficiently according to schedule.
4. Provide advice, suggestions and make decisions for employees on work and machinery repair methods.
5. Contact, coordinate, hold meetings with customers to help solve problems, present sales and invoices.
6. Select and control contractor hiring costs for each project.
