Supporting the Serial Production sites in regards of fulfilling the Quality requirements toward the Customer linked to the Serial products.
• Perform APQP of new product launch
• Organize of requalification of Product (annually or as per Customer requirements)
• Do PPAP of Minebea Product toward Customer
• Perform auditing the Production lines according to VDA 6.3 Process Audit standard
• Perform product auditing as per VDA 6.5 standard
• Following up of daily task for scrap reduction and serial improvement activities
• Keeping up to date of all Documents linked to the Serial production descriptions like Work Instruction, Inspection Instruction, Process Instruction, Control plan and FMEA
• Perform Problem solving (8D) in regards of internal Quality issue(s) (critical and escalated)
• Supporting claim management to perform Problem solving (8D) in regards of Customer complaint
• Follow up of changes due to new design or process change
• Supporting Customer Audit onsite (mainly VDA Potential audit or Process audit)
• Perform monitoring the KPI scrap and KPI yield
• Create monitoring chart for every new product/project
• Update monitoring chart for every product/process changes
• Monitor and review SPC chart
• Perform verification of product non-conformity or abnormality
Job Description Supporting approved Suppliers for purchased component (Plastics and PCBA) for serial production.
• Works with SQE development for successful handover of new projects new components
• Creation and/or review of material inspection/test plan for new component(s) to be use in the plant
• Update inspection/test plan for components with drawing update and/or revision
• Perform verification of component Quality issue detected by IQC and/or Production
• Issuance of Supplier Quality Notification (SQN) in case of valid supplier or component Quality issue
• Supports in consolidation and coordination of Supplier related non conformance cost (Supplier charge back)
• 8D Problem solving review in case of non conformities
• Follow up annual requalification for the purchased component(s)
• Perform VDA 6.3 Potential or Process Audit at the suppliers in China, Thailand, US
• Perform auditing the Production lines according to VDA 6.3 Process Audit standard
• Update Supplier Quality Sheet (SQP Agreement)
• Update of Failure Catalogues
• Following up of PCN provided by Supplier (Changes of Process or Design)
• Tracking of new part from updated mold
• Follow up of requalification task at sub-supplier
Job Objectives:
The primary objective is the analysis of complaint parts and the derivation of measures to ensure the quality of series products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analysis: Conduct analysis of complaint components based on specified defect analysis processes for company group products.
• Containment: Demand immediate actions for error containment.
• Communication: Communicate defect patterns to the relevant manufacturing plants within company group
• Reporting: Create complete 8D reports and perform additional analyses as required, such as Pareto, Ishikawa, 5-Why, and FMEA.
• Action Planning: Develop action plans for error prevention and detection in collaboration with the manufacturing plant, including tracking the implementation of these measures.
• Validation: Review implemented measures for plausibility and effectiveness.
• Knowledge Management: Derive "Lessons Learned" and integrate this knowledge into company group knowledge database.
• Training: Provide training to employees regarding identified defect patterns when necessary.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Representation: Organize and conduct internal and external conference calls to present partial results and, if necessary, visit customers in person to present the final 8D report.

Independent analysis of potentially defective products of company group to identify errors and causes based on a specified workflow, including the derivation of measures leading to improved future manufacturing or product quality.
