Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements. Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG, and test failures. Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield. Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff. Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments. Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits. Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.
