• Supervise daily equipment operation and maintenance activities in the PCBA production line.
• Lead the equipment team to ensure machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and equipment improvement activities.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators such as OEE, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and process transfer projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators.
• Ensure compliance with company safety regulations, 5S requirements, and EHS standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

• Monitor equipment performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime, and drive improvement actions.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Battery PACK Equipment Management
• Manage and maintain production equipment including:
• Cell Sorting and Grading Machines
• Cell Stacking and Module Assembly Equipment
• Laser Welding Machines
• Busbar Welding Equipment
• Automatic Screw Tightening Systems
• Battery PACK Assembly Lines
• End-of-Line (EOL) Testing Equipment
• Leak Testing Equipment

• AGV and Material Handling Automation Systems
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, SAT, FAT, and production ramp-up activities for new projects and new production lines.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI), process transfer, and localization projects.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement
• Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage the Assembly Equipment team to ensure effective support for daily production operations.
• Ensure the stable operation and maintenance of automated assembly equipment, industrial robots, conveyor systems, and related production machinery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to maximize equipment availability.
• Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce equipment downtime, and enhance equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and other related departments to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification, and acceptance of new production lines and equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment readiness and minimize production interruptions.
• Lead equipment improvement, automation, and process optimization projects to improve productivity and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure all equipment complies with company safety standards, legal requirements, and EHS regulations.
• Prepare equipment performance reports, downtime analysis, KPI reports, and improvement plans for management review.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and equipment engineers to enhance technical competency.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), equipment manuals, and maintenance records.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Manage CAPA activities, Risk Assessments, and Engineering Change processes related to equipment improvements.
• Support Automation, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
