- • Lead and manage on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and established procedures. • Oversee the execution and supervision of system installation works as part of overall construction operations. • Coordinate interfaces between various construction trades and system-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient site execution. • Plan, organise, and control daily site operations, including manpower allocation and construction sequencing. • Identify potential construction risks, constraints, and interface issues, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures. • Manage and maintain construction drawings, inspection records, and all relevant site documentation. • Attend site coordination and progress meetings, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management. • Review and endorse construction submissions, method statements, and installation documentation. • Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors carrying out on-site works. • Conduct site inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and applicable codes. • Review and verify subcontractor progress reports, billing claims, and supporting documentation.

- • Participate in coordination and presentation meetings as required. • Design and prepare detailed M&E layouts using Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD. • Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models up to LOD 400. • Produce technical drawings, including 2D and 3D schematic diagrams and shop drawings. • Update and revise shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle, from production to as-built stage. • Coordinate with internal teams and other trades to ensure compliance with BIM standards and procedures. • Ensure all BIM models are fully compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all relevant project stakeholders. • Manage the production of high-quality BIM models and shop drawings with minimal supervision. • Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and project requirements. • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the department.
