Design the refrigerant circuit of multi air for building (VRF indoor unit & outdoor unit)
Responsible for the overall design of the refrigerant circuit of multi air-con for building (VRF indoor unit & outdoor unit) including manage project overview.
1. Design product specifications
-Determine the product specifications that can be achieved according to the product requirements, such as the target capacity and efficiency, the scope of operation temp, size, etc.
-Embrace the design issues and risks, and plan for strategic risk reduction
-Design the refrigerant circuit (consider the circuit structure and the appropriate amount of refrigerant)
-Design (Compressor, heat exchanger, Solenoid valve, Capillary, etc.) and select (test for efficiency and suitability) the refrigerant circuit parts
2. Prototype・Check
-Prepare product drawings and adjust with vendor parts
-Test and check the prototype part and analyze the test results with feedback on problematic points
3. project management (cross-organization management)
-Manage the overall progress of the refrigerant circuit design project, adjust the schedule and manage the budget
-Coordination of the overall project, including contacting and cooperating with various departments
-Implement the design policy and implement the strategy
-Evaluate the overall performance of the team, develop personnel, and promote the improvement of the work process
4. Document preparation
-Prepare design doc, technical report, and management-related reports (mainly in English)
※【Role as a manager】
>> Responsible for managing the overall project, developing and supervising team members, supporting the development of work quality
>> Contacting, cooperating, and negotiating with partners outside the department and executive level, and supporting strategic decision-making
>> Not only in terms of technical aspects, but also promoting the improvement of work processes and organization management
Development design of the large air conditioner for buildings (VRF)
Management of Project and Team, and Leader of Chassis Design in development division
[Management]
・Project management of the new model development. and Task management of Chassis design group.
・Make schedules and work allocation, and design reviews, etc.
・Make document for development (specifications, design note, review materials, etc.)
・Coordinate tasks with Factory and Head office (Japan) related parties
・Analyze development issues and consider countermeasures
・Arrangements support for application work for target country with Regulation depertment.
[Design leader]
・Consider design and specifications to meet the requirements from the design base model.
e.g >> Design structure comply with regulation (flame retardant, installation improvement)
>> Adjust operating parameters such as air volume for achieve target spec.
>> Consider microcomputer parameters for new function (fan speed , protection range etc.)
・Evaluation test, consider test items and do the test (prepare , modify , setting , do , report)
・Chassis Design, consider how to design , make design document and review it.
・Chassis detail Design. Modeling and Drawing, Check subordinate.
(External parts, blowers, and electrical equipment boxes sheet metal parts, plastic parts etc.)
・Create Structure tables and assembly procedure document and check it.
・Judgement of Evaluation test, check criteria and check issue items.
e.g. the performance of blowers, transport packing, noise, operate temperature range etc.
• Handle client communication regarding product quality.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system based on international standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and set quality policies and objectives.
• Manage and respond to internal and external audits (customer audits, certification body audits, etc.).
• Investigate root causes and implement preventive actions in cases of defects or customer complaints.
• Oversee proper staffing, task assignment, and progress management within the quality control team.
• Plan and conduct training and on-the-job development (OJT) for staff.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned.
