Job Duty
Manage, control, and develop CNC machining production processes for maximum efficiency across safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Utilize systematic problem-solving principles and data-driven decision-making. Coordinate with relevant departments to plan corrective actions and sustainably prevent problem recurrence.
Major Responsibilities
1. Manage New Projects / New Models from RFQ to Mass Production.
- Define processes, tooling, capacity, and layouts.
- Coordinate with related departments to control schedules and budgets.
2. Prepare annual budget plans for senior management approval and control expenses according to the plan.
3. Control APQP/PPAP systems.
- Plan and conduct APQP meetings.
- Review APQP documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow).
- Control PPAP preparation (Dimensional, Capability, Run@rate).
4. Plan New Machine Installation.
- Define machine specs, control installation, testing, and trial runs.
- Verify accuracy and production capability.
5. Manage and control BOM and conditions in the ERP system.
- Verify accuracy of BOM, process flow, and cycle time.
- Verify ERP data linkage with actual production to prevent wrong material/process issues.
6. Review analysis and problem-solving in the Machining process.
7. Prepare and present Weekly and Monthly Reports.
8. Review and verify the Master Tooling List (Tools, Cutting Tools, Jigs & Fixtures) according to plan.
9. Control and improve Cutting Tools (Optimize tool life and costs).
10. Improve productivity through cycle time reduction.
11. Maintain production standards (SOP, Control Plan, Master Tooling & Jig/Fixture Lists).
Minor Responsibilities
1. Support New Model / Trial / SOP.
2. Support Lean, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction activities.
3. Coordinate improvements and problem-solving with QC, PD, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
4. Develop the technical team in process improvement and root cause analysis.
5. Support APQP / PPAP documentation and customer audits.
6. Support Layout and Line Balancing improvements for both New and Current Models.
• Design, plan, and supervise mechanical systems in construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems)
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated system design and execution
• Supervise installation works on-site (e.g., air conditioning systems, ventilation, piping, pumps, fire protection systems)
