• Control and monitor daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve production activities using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
• Track and analyze production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize cycle time, and optimize manpower utilization.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to support production schedules and operational requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to improve performance and ensure compliance with work instructions and company standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management on operational performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Design, plan, and supervise mechanical systems in construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems)
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated system design and execution
• Supervise installation works on-site (e.g., air conditioning systems, ventilation, piping, pumps, fire protection systems)
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
