1. Design and perform heat load calculations for HVAC and ventilation systems in industrial factories, cleanrooms, and dryrooms.
2. Prepare mechanical drawings (such as ducting, chilled water piping, and fire protection systems) using AutoCAD or Revit (BIM).
3. Supervise and manage site installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with drawings, project schedules, and budgets.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, other engineering disciplines (electrical/civil), and client representatives to resolve site issues.
5. Monitor and enforce safety regulations of both the company and clients during site operations.
6. Execute and witness Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) prior to handover to ensure optimal system and mechanical performance.
7. Prepare testing reports and handover documentation (such as As-built drawings and operation manuals) for clients.
• Design, plan, and supervise mechanical systems in construction projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems)
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQ for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated system design and execution
• Supervise installation works on-site (e.g., air conditioning systems, ventilation, piping, pumps, fire protection systems)
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction
• Control project schedule, quality, and costs related to mechanical works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare reports, technical documents, and handover documentation
