1. Coordinate product and process changes resulting from Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), such as the implementation of new components (including timing and cut-off/breaking point of the change) and product qualification on alternative or new production lines.
2. Coordinate with the MTCE Project Manager on the handover of developed products into series production (D-phase), including managing the PPAP process with the Quality Planner. Hold regular meetings with the MTCE Project Manager regarding products in the development phase transitioning into series production.
3. Handle annual requalification by providing sample parts from series production according to the requalification matrix.
4. Follow up on sample builds for the verification of new tooling, tool refurbishment, and supplier-initiated changes.
5. Provide feedback, conduct assessments, and lead regular meetings between the Development Team and the production site regarding quality improvements.
6. Support internal, external, and customer audits (including on-site FDPR).
7. Verify the effective implementation of corrective actions for customer claims, and share lessons learned across production locations.
8. Plan material availability and software requirements for producing service parts (Aftermarket).
9. Create PPS and Ini files (Profiles) when product changes are required.
10. Operate and work within customer portals.
11. Follow up on line setup and qualification activities, such as sub-assembly line transfers (e.g., relocating from KE to Thailand).
Respond to technical inquiries from customers regarding mechanical equipment and power transmission systems

Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage indirect spend portfolio covering engineering works, construction, capex, MRO, and general services across Thailand and Cambodia operations
2. Analyze category spend data using ABC analysis, TCO, and supplier risk frameworks — identify patterns and initiate cost reduction or process improvement projects
3. Develop and maintain category strategy with defined savings targets, supplier consolidation plans, and risk mitigation actions
4. Lead end-to-end sourcing process: RFQ preparation, market survey, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
5. Collaborate with engineering and facility teams to develop TOR and technical specifications, including cases where internal users require support in defining scope
6. Monitor PR → RFQ → PO workflow in SAP; ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance with internal controls
6. Monitor contractor and supplier performance, track delivery milestones, and manage claims for damaged goods within guarantee periods
