1. Materials and Spare Parts Warehouse Management
* Plan and oversee daily operations of the materials and spare parts warehouse.
* Approve key documents, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Receiving Reports, Goods Requisitions, and Bill Cards.
* Audit and verify inventories of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
* Review and verify SCL (Supply Chain / Slow-moving) reports.
* Monitor non-moving inventory reports to optimize cost management.
* Track the procurement status of parts, materials, and tools.
2. Bulk Oil Warehouse Management
* Control the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials and liquid oil products.
* Calculate inventory volumes using the Tank Level Monitoring system.
* Maintain stored product quality in accordance with designated standards.
* Stage raw materials for production and packaging processes.
* Perform physical stock checks of remaining oil volumes.
* Partner with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to analyze root causes of customer returns.
* Plan and follow up on routine maintenance and piping system care.

3. Finished Goods Warehouse Management
* Manage stock receiving and put-away according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) / FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Reconcile stock control cards (Bill Cards) against actual physical inventory.
* Audit stock requisitions, inventory deductions, and inter-warehouse transfers.
* Analyze root causes of product returns, implement preventive measures, and handle returned goods processing.
4. General Departmental Management
* Plan, monitor, and drive overall department operations to align with company goals and KPIs.
1. Design and perform heat load calculations for HVAC and ventilation systems in industrial factories, cleanrooms, and dryrooms.
2. Prepare mechanical drawings (such as ducting, chilled water piping, and fire protection systems) using AutoCAD or Revit (BIM).

• Track haulage movements and delivery status via GPS tracking systems, whilst overseeing emergency communications and incident responses during transit delays or operational issues.
• Draft, organise, and compile transport safety documentation and records for submission to the Department of Land Transport (DLT).
• Acknowledge and verify incoming customer purchase orders (POs) and liaise directly with the production department to coordinate stock levels and delivery schedules.

• Monitor and manage data related to the intake of raw gas via pipelines, whilst supervising the subsequent purification and liquefaction workflows.
• Prepare, complete, and submit all necessary statutory reports concerning safety, environmental compliance, and high-pressure gas regulations to the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), the Department of Land Transport, and related government administrative bodies.
• Act as the legally designated, factory-exclusive Safety and Environmental System Manager after completing the required post-hiring registrations, which includes supervising and directing external contractors during annual maintenance periods.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external consulting firms by providing the essential raw data required to formulate formal Energy Management Reports for the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE).
• Conduct precise and rigorous laboratory analysis and quality inspections on liquid carbon dioxide (Liquid CO2) in strict accordance with quality control regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
