Seeking a Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth in Southern Thailand for our power transmission product range (gearboxes, couplings, geared motors, etc.). The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with strong sales and marketing skills to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and expand market presence.

[Market Development]
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (manufacturing, cement, steel, power, F&B, chemical, OEMs, etc.).
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

[Sales Execution]
• Promote and sell gearboxes and gear motors to OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.

[Marketing Activities]
• Develop and execute campaigns tailored to the Thailand market.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize promotional materials.

[Customer Relationship Management]
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service.
• Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Ensure timely quotations aligned with KPIs and lead-time targets.

[Reporting & Strategy]
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Submit work orders, weekly/monthly sales reports, expense reports, and timesheets on schedule.
• Contribute to strategic planning for market penetration and growth.

• Male or Female / Age 28-40 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• At least 5–10 years in sales/marketing of industrial products (preferably gearboxes, geared motors, or power transmission equipment).
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission applications in industries such as cement, power, sugar, mining, rubber, food & beverage, ports, chemicals, fertilizers, OEMs, and conveying systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes and geared motors.
• Good command of English (speaking and writing).
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Thailand industrial market and regulatory environment.
• Product selection based on customer requirements and applications.
• Market survey and analysis experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand.
• Must have own car and driving license.
