• Control and monitor daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve production activities using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
• Track and analyze production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize cycle time, and optimize manpower utilization.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to support production schedules and operational requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to improve performance and ensure compliance with work instructions and company standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management on operational performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

• Male candidate, aged 35–39 years, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations, including at least 1 year of experience working with quality management systems.
• Proven experience in improving production processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both spoken and written English (Intermediate level)
• Positive attitude, high level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts in case of an emergency
