• Thai Nationality, age of at least 33
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10–15 years in construction management, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to data centres or high-tech, mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Tier II-IV data centres or similar complex facilities, such as pharmaceutical or semiconductor plants.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies including modular builds, prefabrication, and white space fit-out.
• Familiarity with MEP integration, commissioning requirements, and international standards such as Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, and TIA-942.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in project tracking and BIM tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or PlanGrid.
• Certifications: PMP or CIOB accreditation is advantageous, and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are preferred.
• Key Attributes: Must be a decisive and accountable leader with the ability to manage change and detail-oriented execution under tight deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes across all construction activities.
• Establish, maintain, and manage inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation throughout all construction phases.
• Coordinate quality-related matters between construction trades and system installation works to ensure consistent standards.
• Review and approve quality-related construction submissions, inspection reports, and test records.
• Lead quality control and readiness review meetings as required.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify installation quality and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Identify non-conformance issues and ensure timely follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support readiness activities for testing, inspection, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor quality performance and report status, findings, and recommendations to project leadership.
• Participate in coordination and presentation meetings as required.
• Design and prepare detailed M&E layouts using Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• Develop, manage, and maintain 3D BIM models up to LOD 400.
• Produce technical drawings, including 2D and 3D schematic diagrams and shop drawings.
• Update and revise shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle, from production to as-built stage.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other trades to ensure compliance with BIM standards and procedures.
• Ensure all BIM models are fully compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all relevant project stakeholders.
• Manage the production of high-quality BIM models and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and project requirements.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the department.
• Lead and manage on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and established procedures.
• Oversee the execution and supervision of system installation works as part of overall construction operations.
• Coordinate interfaces between various construction trades and system-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient site execution.
• Plan, organise, and control daily site operations, including manpower allocation and construction sequencing.
• Identify potential construction risks, constraints, and interface issues, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage and maintain construction drawings, inspection records, and all relevant site documentation.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Review and endorse construction submissions, method statements, and installation documentation.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors carrying out on-site works.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and applicable codes.
• Review and verify subcontractor progress reports, billing claims, and supporting documentation.
• Responsible for structural analysis and design for various types of structures
• Collaborate with engineering staff to prepare design sketches and drawings
• Coordinate with site staff and provide support for structural details
