Key Responsibilities (R&D Beverages)
1. Develop beverage prototypes (RTD tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, juices, functional drinks) by matching and applying suitable flavors to meet client requirements
2. Conduct taste and aroma testing (sensory panel) to evaluate taste profile, sweetness, acidity, and overall mouthfeel.
3. Test beverage samples under different storage conditions (temperature, light, time) to ensure flavor stability, color, and quality over time.
4. Adjust beverage formulations to optimize production costs while maintaining product quality and matching raw material specifications
5. Collaborate directly with B2B customers and sales teams to present beverage samples, take feedback, and modify recipes to suit market trends.
6. Ensure all ingredients, additives, and nutrition profiles comply with food safety standards and local regulations

คุณสมบัติ

• Open to any gender
• Age: 35-40 years old
• Bachelor of Science (hopefully Food Science)
• Must have Own car and driver licenses ( No shuttle bus services)
• Must have experiences in R&D for Beverage business or industry at least 5 years
• Experience : Application lab , beverage, bakery, sweet, savory or any
• Skill: English Communicate influence in conversation
• Personality type need : Assertive , Well-connected, Straightforward but soft ( ฉะฉาน ตรงไปตรงมา หัวเร็ว คอนเนกชั่นเยอะ ไม่ดื้อดึงกล้าต่อรอง แต่ไม่เถียง )
