• Supervise daily equipment operation and maintenance activities in the PCBA production line. |
|
1. Open to any gender and age around 30 years old or above
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering within a PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment. 4. At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing equipment teams. 5. Strong knowledge of SMT DIP and PCBA production equipment, including printers, SPI, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and ICT equipment. 6. Experience in preventive maintenance, TPM, and equipment troubleshooting. 7. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. 8. Good communication and leadership skills. 9. Able to communicate in English; Chinese communication skills will be an advantage. 10. Must be able to travel to the office independently. |
