Report to the QA manager.
The QA Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the QA Manager in leading and managing quality assurance activities to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on problem-solving, quality system compliance (ISO/IATF), and coordination with suppliers and customers to drive continuous improvement.

• Subordinates: QA Engineers / QA Coordinator 6 persons
Customer Relationship Building (Acquisition & Maintenance)
• Supervise the Quality Engineers in the department, coordinate with Japanese’s customers
• Achieve Quality Objectives
• ISO: all tasks needed to maintain registration
• Resolving Quality issues with both customers & suppliers
• Processing CCCR (Customer Complaint/Concern Record) issued by Sales Department
• Issuing Corrective Actions to Suppliers
• Follow up on Corrective Actions & Closure
• Closing DR, Corrective Actions, & CCCR
• Completing Defect Report (DR)
• Inspect Parts on Quality Issues for Defect Claims and Corrective Actions
• Arrange Sorting Activities
• Providing Corrective Action Responses to customers (for example, 8D Report)
• Red Tagging Non-Conforming Material
• Disposition of Non-Conforming Material (e.g. sorting, rework, scrap, return to Vendor, Credit Memo)
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): preparation & submission
• IMDS (International Material Data System): preparation & submission
• Conflict of Minerals: preparation and submission
• RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous substances): preparation and submission
• Visiting Key Suppliers & Customers
• Writing meeting minutes/letters/contracts/memos
• Assist in the training of new QA personnel when necessary
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate Sales staff members
• Recommend personnel actions and perform semi-annual performance reviews; recommend annual salary and bonus adjustments.
• Other duties may be assigned.
**There may be occasional visits to customer sites for support purposes, but these are not frequent. The company provides both a company car and a driver for such visits.
• Develop design concepts and define project scope for each assignment
• Prepare cost estimates for tendering purposes
• Prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
• Perform M&E design tasks as assigned by management
• Visit project sites for inspection approximately once a month (company car and driver provided)
• Most project sites are located in industrial estates near Bangkok, such as Chonburi and Rayong.

• Construction site controller, also supervise installation of machine, utilities/ site factory, building, storage
• Control and making site document control schedule and paper tasks sending to company and for recording.
• Monitor with control & re-check with other engineering, Control and lead supplier,out-sourcing and contact to sub-contractor to meet the construction master plan.
• Preparing the price ,QTY, of use and making the price addition works -deduction works to cilent and compare with sup-contractor (if any)
• Co-operate with civil engineer, mechanical, electrical team
• Co-operate with electrical, machine maker and supplier
• Monitoring and controlling the work/Job to meet company policy and construction Legal Standard
• Audit work from starting to finishing
• Supervise the installation of commercial kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, gas systems, water supply & drainage, and stainless-steel fabrication.
• Oversee the installation of supermarket equipment including display freezers, chillers, showcases, and related system work.
• Prepare and develop drawings including Layout Plans, MEP Coordination Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for restaurant kitchens and supermarket projects.
• Ensure all installation work complies with layout plans, MEP requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, installation teams, clients, main contractors, interior designers, and MEP contractors.
• Conduct site surveys, collect measurements, and provide technical solutions suitable for each project.
• Prepare site documents such as Daily Reports, Checklists, Additional Work Requests, and Issue Logs.
• Monitor quality control (QC) and safety compliance during installation.
• Perform equipment testing and commissioning; identify and resolve defects before handover.
• Design and review electrical control circuits and gas piping layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Oversee on-site installation of gas piping systems and electrical control systems, primarily in Lamphun, with occasional travel to other locations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, as well as customers and suppliers.
• Support system control activities, including conceptual design, commissioning and programme updates for PLC and gas systems (training provided where necessary).
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, including submittals, progress reports and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within scope and quality expectations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client requirements and project objectives, ensuring effective delivery and system performance.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development related to industrial gas systems and associated technologies.
