• Sales incentive based on sales results / Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
• Salary increase: Every October, performance-based • Travel Expenses & Allowances: - Public transport to client sites: actual cost - Private car (approved): THB 7 / km • Work ending after 21:00: transport home reimbursed • Provincial trip: THB 500/day · 250/half day • Overseas trip: THB 1,000/day • Social Security & Workmen's Compensation (Statutory coverage) • Insurance: Life, accident & health • OPD (Officer): Up to THB 10,000 / year • Provident Fund: 5% + 5% company (after probation) • Company share: 0% (<3y), 50% (3–5y), 100% (>5y) • Anual leave • Sick leave • Personal leave • Maternity leave: Up to 120 days (60 paid by company) • Parental support: 15 paid days • Marriage leave: 2 paid days (after probation) • Graduation leave: 1 paid day (after probation) • Bereavement leave: 5 paid working days • Ordination leave: Based on length of service • Military service: Up to 60 paid days / year |

• Around 28–35 years old • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or above • Bachelor's degree in any field • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or a client-facing role • Business-level English (reading and writing) • Able to travel to client sites in Bangkok and surrounding provinces (e.g., EEC area) • Strong communication skills and sensitivity to both Japanese and Thai business culture <Want> • Possible to work within this year • JLPT N1 • Experience working at a Japanese company or with Japanese clients • Experience in B2B sales, especially HR, training, consulting or other services • Interpretation experience in business meetings or training settings • Interest in human resource development and organizational growth • Driving license |
