• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
• Design solutions aligned with client needs, budget, and business objectives
• Prepare high-level designs, technical proposals, bills of quantity (BOQ), and cost estimates
• Support sales activities including presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives
• Prepare and respond to RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents
• Coordinate with technology vendors and stay updated on new and emerging solutions
• Deliver solutions across network, server, cloud, backup, and security domains

Cybersecurity scope includes:
• Network security (firewall, IPS, VPN, SD-WAN)
• Firewall technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco)
• Endpoint security (EDR/XDR), email and web security
• SIEM and SOC integration
• Vulnerability assessment, risk mitigation, and Zero Trust architecture

IT infrastructure scope includes:
• Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, core and access design)
• Server and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud)
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Data center modernization

• Thai national, aged 28–35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting is preferred
• Background with System Integrators (SI) or IT service providers is an advantage
• Experience working with enterprise clients
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written), with a TOEIC score of 700 or above
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2) is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
