• Identify and develop business opportunities to build long-term partnerships across various sales channels and achieve corporate sales targets
• Manage assigned accounts directly and/or through channel partners to understand customer needs and generate sales opportunities
• Plan and execute effective sales activities, including product and solution presentations, as well as opportunity follow-ups, to drive industry growth
• Maintain and provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activities
• Collaborate with Market Product Management teams on competitor insights, product developments, and market needs to enhance win rates and market share
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and related activities
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate where necessary
• Adhere to company policies on sales processes and the use of sales tools
• Proactively utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage account data, sales pipeline, and internal collaboration
• Maintain strong technical and application knowledge of relevant products to build customer confidence and trust
• Work closely with Corporate Industry Management teams to align strategies and initiatives for assigned industries and accounts

• Thai Nationality
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Control, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a sales role within the industrial automation sector
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
• Disciplined, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure
• Ability to drive with a valid drivers license and own car
