1) Explore both local and international market with sales team by professional experience and skills.
2) Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships through various channel.
3) Take care all kinds of logistics problem and complain, solve the issues and ensure best effort delivery to customer, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and
4) Develop and maintain good relationship with all vendors, push them to improve and perfect the services.
5) Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience and meet their satisfaction.
6) Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
7) Various other tasks based on business requirement.
8) Occasional travel as needed to current and potential clients.
9) Stimulate Sales Executive as per their individual self-motivational factors.
10) Identify and monitor strengths plus weaknesses of all Inside Sales Reps.

1) Min GP 3 times of monthly sales package

3) Potential customer do not duplicate with company customer list

- Any gender, Age 25-45 years old, Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or any related fields
- At least 3 years of sales experiences in Freight forwarder
- Have any connections with clients who are Shippers or Manufacturers
- Prefer candidates who have own car with driving license
- Good personality
- Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of international freight regulations and shipping documentation.
