• Drive Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for the Snack category within the modern trade channel, operating in a highly competitive market.
• Key Account Management: Manage relationships and lead commercial negotiations with major retail accounts, including 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Makro and Big C, to secure increased shelf space and optimise promotional effectiveness.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, manage and develop the sales team, including new joiners. Foster a positive mindset, build motivation, and uphold strong professional discipline by leading through example.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing (Strategy and R&D) and Logistics (Supply Chain) teams to ensure effective stock management and smooth product distribution.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyse sales data using advanced Excel functions and deliver clear, structured presentations and reports in English to Japanese senior management.

• Male/Female/LGBTQ+, age 31 - 40 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in the snack category.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience managing major key accounts such as 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Makro or Big C.
• Good command of English, with the ability to conduct meetings, deliver presentations and prepare written reports for Japanese executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and a professional, disciplined approach to work.
• High level of accountability and integrity, acting as a role model within the team.
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset, with resilience under pressure and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Strong people management skills, including the ability to develop new staff and effectively manage differing opinions and workplace conflict.
• Results-driven, proactive, and energetic in approach.
