Summary: As a vital member of the company’s leadership team, the HR Manager will work closely with the company’s executives and functional leaders to develop and manage the company’s entire HR function. You will assist in developing, implementing and driving solutions for the organization. |
|
• Female only, Age 38-45, Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years at a managerial level. • Proven experience in full-spectrum HR management (HRM & HRD), including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, labor law compliance, training & development, performance management, and employee relations. • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or electronic components companies is highly preferred. • Experience in HRBP roles or coordination with business departments is a plus • Excellent communication and coordination skills, including interaction and presentation to senior management, expatriates, and global stakeholders. • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement improvements • Native-level Thai and business-level English proficiency [Upper intermediate level is required] • Experience in using HRIS, or payroll systems. • Knowledge of current employment law, regulations and legislation • Ability to analyze HR data such as headcount, manpower planning, turnover rate, and personnel costs. |
