1. Find new client
• Explore new business opportunities in PCBA manufacturing and related components
• Support strategic growth through analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Consult with clients and suppliers through visits, building long-term relationships
2. Sales Management
• Oversee the sales process, including quotations, negotiations, prototype proposals, and after-sales support
• Prepare sales forecasts, update the pipeline, and create reports for management
3. Customer Relations & Account Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
• Act as the contact point for inquiries, project progress updates, and prototype status reports
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales administration, production, engineering, and warehouse for customer support
4. Technical & Commercial Support
• Work with technical and production teams to understand and meet customer requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with technical department recommendations
5. Internal Coordination
• Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with factories (technical and production teams)
• Promote smooth project execution through cross-departmental collaboration
6. Administrative Management & Reporting
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Negotiate cost reductions with suppliers
• Handle slow-moving or defective inventory (finished goods and raw materials) and coordinate with customers
• Check payment status and liaise with the finance department regarding outstanding receivables

• Age: 25–35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling PCBA or electronic components, or sales experience in the manufacturing industry
• Good command of English proficiency
• Understanding of PCBA processes
• Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain management
• Experience in PCBA/EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Driver’s license not required
