• Responding to technical inquiries from users:
- Answering technical questions about product operation and troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Identifying the root cause of user issues and providing effective solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and training to users and dealers:
- Planning and conducting training sessions for new product launches or specific technologies.
- Educating dealer staff on product mechanics and repair procedures to enhance their sales and support capabilities.

<Must>
• Male, Age around 25-35 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's Degree
• Obtain driver’s license and own car (need to drive to clients by own car)
• Good command of English
• Experience in technical support roles at a Japanese construction equipment manufacturer, a rental company, and a dealership.
