• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Automotive and EV industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, generate reports, and achieve or exceed sales KPIs.
• Develop technical proposals, and pricing models, and coordinate project concepts.

• Male/Female, age around 25 - 33 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5+ years of sales experience in automation within the Automotive, EV, or Electronics industry, with a proven track record in new business development.
• Understanding of factory automation solutions (e.g., robotics, sensors, PLC, SCADA, vision systems).
• Experience in working with Japanese, European, or American automotive manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers is preferred.
• TOEIC 650+.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, capable of working independently.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
