25-40 years old Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields. -2–5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects or system implementation Experienced in application development from system design, programing, testing, implementation - Hands-on experience wriƟng requirement documents and user stories. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and requirement clarification skills. • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements. • Good documentation skills (process flows, requirements, use cases). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight timelines. • Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills. • Understanding of system architecture or integration concepts will be advantage • Ability to perform basic data analysis for requirement validation will be advantage • Good service mind. • Good team player. • Good problem solving. • Good logical thinking and Initiative. • Work with under pressure • Flexible and multitaslking |
