• Lead and manage IT infrastructure teams across network, systems, cloud, and security functions, including resource planning and allocation
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, including conducting performance reviews and supporting career development
• Define and implement a technical capability development roadmap for the team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and system integration projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget
• Review and validate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) prior to implementation
• Manage managed services and IT operations, ensuring SLA compliance and effective incident and change management
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical consultation and reviewing proposed solutions
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts, while ensuring compliance with security standards and risk governance
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure domains, including:
>> Enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewall, VPN)
>> Server and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
>> Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments
>> Infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives
>> Backup and disaster recovery solutions
>> Cybersecurity infrastructure (firewall, endpoint protection, SIEM integration)
>> Data center transformation and optimization

• Thai national, male or female, aged over 35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in a System Integration (SI) or IT service provider environment
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level infrastructure projects
• Experience in customer-facing technical discussions
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure design
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of ITIL, IT service management, and infrastructure migration
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage project costing, margins, and make decisions under pressure
• Good command of English (both spoken and written), with a TOEIC score of 700 or above
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2) is an advantage
