• System Ownership: Manage the entire corporate IT ecosystem, including network environments, servers, telephony, and cloud services.
• User Support: Provide daily endpoint troubleshooting and technical consultation via helpdesk tickets, phone, and email, including occasional domestic travel for branch support.
