• Oversee Service Desk operations and provide first-level IT support to internal users |
|
• Thai national, female, aged 30–40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 2–5 years of experience in IT Support Service Desk or IT Client Support, with experience in a team lead or senior role and proven operational management capability • Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking concepts • Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions • Willingness to adhere to policies and procedures • Familiarity with ITIL framework is an advantage |
