• Oversee Service Desk operations and provide first-level IT support to internal users
• Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries
• Manage internal IT communications, including announcements, newsletters, advisories, and follow-up notices
• Handle IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, and maintenance of equipment such as computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure, and prepare regular operational and status reports
• Maintain and update the internal IT knowledge base to improve service efficiency and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards

• Thai national, female, aged 30–40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Support Service Desk or IT Client Support, with experience in a team lead or senior role and proven operational management capability
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking concepts
• Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Willingness to adhere to policies and procedures
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is an advantage
