• Complex Payroll Management |
|
• Male or Female (Preferred) / Age 35-45 years old
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience at the HR Manager or Assistant Manager level, with a strong focus on Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits. • Proven expertise in managing complex payroll structures (e.g., commissions, professional fees, multiple types of allowances, etc.). • Solid knowledge of Thai labor law and related regulations, with strong research skills to verify accuracy, stay updated on legal changes, and effectively apply regulatory requirements to daily operations. • Proficient in payroll systems and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. • High level of attention to detail, impartiality, and strong professional ethics, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. • A hands-on manager who is willing to be actively involved in operations; resilient, adaptable under pressure, and committed to driving processes to successful completion. • Good command of English or Japanese to effectively coordinate with expatriates and management. • High responsibility, Excellent communication, Management skill, Team leadership |
