Main Job Duties
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Document issues and solutions in the service desk system, maintaining accurate support logs.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Support IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Other Duties:
• Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate, improving routine task management and data processing.
• Collaborate with business units to understand automation needs and provide innovative IT solutions.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new IT systems or software updates.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Any gender, Thai nationality
- Age 24 - 32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years in Programming Language (C, Java)or IT Support who have skills in programing or similar technical role.
- New graduates with programming knowledge will also be considered.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Communicative level of English for internal use (Around Intermediate)
