• Identify, review, and evaluate new technical inventions across affiliated group companies to determine appropriate intellectual property (IP) protection strategies.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and inventors to extract technical details and understand core invention concepts.
• Prepare and draft domestic (Thai) and international patent applications in-house, supporting the full filing procedure to secure IP rights.
• Manage patent prosecution workflows for group entities, including reviewing and analyzing International Search Reports (ISRs) and official office actions.
• Conduct patent searches and execute patent landscape analyses to monitor technology trends and competitor activity.
• Support trademark administration, registrations, and enforcement activities across affiliated businesses.
• Assist in strengthening brand integrity by contributing to ongoing anti-counterfeiting measures and enforcement operations.
• Formulate, implement, and promote internal IP policies, regulations, and best practices for regional group entities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Organize and conduct internal IP training programs and educational sessions for regional business units.
• Monitor regional and international intellectual property legal developments, statutory amendments, and regulatory updates.
• Handle general IP administrative tasks, cross-departmental coordination, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Division Manager.

• Male/Female, age 25 - 32 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer), Science (such as Physics), or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on intellectual property experience gained within an in-house corporate legal/IP team, law firm, or related organization.
• Proven track record in preparing patent documents, drafting claims/specifications, and managing formal patent filing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering/technical drawings, with particular strength in mechanical schematics.
• Strong analytical and reading comprehension skills to evaluate sophisticated technical documentation and prior art.
• Pre-advanced fluency in English for regional collaboration, documentation, and reporting (equivalent to TOEIC 605+).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to structure and present technical information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the capability to interface smoothly with cross-border inventors and regional stakeholders.
• A registered Patent Agent/Attorney license is highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge or fluency in Japanese is an asset.
